Take the time

Once in a while, we must give the body rest. To rest means to stop thinking about everything bad and good in your life and just give your mind, body, and soul a chance to recover and regain strength to get your through the next step. The body shuts down to only awaken much stronger. Today much has has been done. Just going to rest with my pal for the rest of the evening.
